What is involved in a session?
A typical, initial Healing Touch session is 90 minutes and includes an intake assessment and interview. The recipient is asked some questions about medical history, current lifestyle, and goals.
You are then asked to relax on a massage table, fully clothed. The practitioner will assess the energy field around your body, noting any imbalances. The practitioner will then begin to work to restore any perceived variances, using any one of a number of techniques, dependent upon an individual's situation.
Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes long.
